Role: Brand Manager – Public Relations

Experience: 4–7 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand communication and public relations strategies.
• Build and maintain a positive brand image across media and public platforms.
• Manage relationships with media agencies, journalists, influencers, and external partners.
• Plan and execute PR campaigns, press releases, and brand promotions.
• Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, and public events.
• Monitor brand mentions, media coverage, and public perception.
• Manage social media communication in coordination with the marketing team.
• Develop brand messaging and ensure consistency across communication channels.
• Handle media inquiries and coordinate responses to public relations issues.
• Identify opportunities for brand visibility, partnerships, and media exposure.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for PR activities.
• Track campaign performance and prepare PR and brand performance reports.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
• Support crisis communication and reputation management activities.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in brand management, public relations, or corporate communications.
• Excellent media relations and networking skills.
• Strong content writing, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
• Knowledge of digital media, social media, and PR tools.
• Crisis management and problem\-solving skills.
• Creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking.
• Strong coordination and project management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
