Role: HR Recruiter

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews with candidates.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients or hiring managers.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interview details and follow\-ups.
• Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary, and company details to candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Collect CVs, documents, and other required information from candidates.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding offers and joining dates.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring requirements.
• Achieve daily calling targets and recruitment goals.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide hiring updates.

Required Skills

• Graduate in any stream; HR specialization preferred.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and job portals.
• Strong follow\-up and coordination skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
