Role: Food \& Beverage Operations Manager

Experience: 5–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Supervise restaurant staff, including service teams, captains, stewards, and supervisors.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor restaurant performance and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, attendance, and performance.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Monitor food costs, inventory, wastage, and operating expenses.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, special events, and service improvements.
• Monitor menu pricing, service quality, and customer feedback.
• Maintain operational reports, sales records, and expense statements.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage purchasing requirements.
• Implement SOPs and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of F\&B service and restaurant operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and customer\-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management, food costing, and budgeting.
• Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
