Summary
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive evaluations of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that deliver measurable value to clients. This role requires defining high\-level customer needs and designing the necessary business frameworks and solutions to support these opportunities. The Business Architect also develops detailed business cases that align with the strategic vision, ensuring that proposed initiatives are viable and impactful. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align business objectives and drive transformation is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
Roles \& Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align business goals with technology capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional \& Technical Skills
- Must have AI related work experience
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex business concepts clearly.
- Experience in developing business cases and defining business solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross\-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Skilled in managing and guiding teams towards achieving project objectives.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7\.5 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
