• *Job Summary**

AVM Labs is looking for enthusiastic and customer\-focused Business Development Executives to develop business opportunities, promote diagnostic services, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and business development.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and maintain relationships with 100\+ active clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and client outreach.
• Promote diagnostic laboratory services and increase brand awareness.
• Maintain regular communication and follow up with existing and potential clients.
• Handle client queries and concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain client information, follow\-ups, and business activities in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve assigned business development targets.

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Bachelor's degree in B.Sc. Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or other Life Science\-related fields.
• DMLT candidates are also eligible.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Language: Hindi, English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer\-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Willingness to learn ERP systems.
• Blood Collections known ( Phlebotomy)
• Own Laptop Must
