Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with 4–5 years of relevant experience specifically in an HR Manager role. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, employee management, recruitment, and HR operations skills. Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• Handle workforce planning, performance management, and employee retention.
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
• Lead recruitment activities and coordinate with department heads to fulfil manpower requirements.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Address employee grievances and support disciplinary procedures.
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare periodic HR reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• Any degree or MBA in Human Resource Management.
• **4–5 years of relevant experience specifically in an HR Manager role.**
• **Hindi proficiency is mandatory.**
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and labour law compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage HR activities independently and coordinate with senior management.

• **Age:** Below 35 years.
• **Experience:** 4–5 years specifically as an HR Manager.
• **Language:** Hindi is mandatory.
• **Location:** Coimbatore.

Pay: ₹1,000,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
