Are you a lead generation wizard with a knack for closing deals? The One Branding is looking for a results\-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Anand!
If you have a hunter mindset and know how to navigate platforms like Upwork, Guru, and LinkedIn to find high\-quality projects, we want to talk to you.
Identify \& Outreach: Scout potential clients locally and internationally through LinkedIn and Apollo.
Platform Mastery: Manage company profiles on Upwork and Guru to secure top\-tier projects.
Client Engagement: Meet with business owners to understand their needs and present our agency's creative solutions.
Deal Closing: Draft professional proposals, handle objections, and hit monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Relationship Building: Foster long\-term partnerships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales or Business Development (IT company experience is a major plus!).
Communication: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Tech Savvy: Proven experience managing profiles on Upwork, Guru, and Apollo.
Drive: A self\-motivated individual who can manage a pipeline independently.
Location: Ability to commute to our office in Anand.
