About the Role

Infinity Infoway Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and business growth for our Education ERP and SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT sales, ERP sales, SaaS sales, or EdTech sales and possess excellent communication and relationship\-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
• Promote and sell Education ERP and SaaS solutions to schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision\-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable software solutions.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in CRM.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client support.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required Skills \& QualificationsMust Have

• 1–3 years of experience in Education ERP Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Sales, or EdTech Sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in lead generation and business development activities.
• Understanding of ERP software and SaaS\-based products.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Target\-oriented and self\-motivated approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Experience working with educational institutions.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
