Business Development Executive (BDE)/ International Sales

Role: Program Consultant

Location: Onsite \- Kondapur, Hyderabad

Shift: EST Hours (in IST: 8:00 PM \- 5:00 AM)

A Techstars\-backed, profitable startup building the future of job search while shipping world\-class products out of Hyderabad. We’re looking for a driven Program Consultant (US Region) to support and grow our US\-region B2C sales efforts through high\-volume outreach and strong conversion focus.

What You'll Own

● Own the full outbound motion, prospect, pitch, and close US customers daily at high velocity through cold calling

● Drive conversions through effective communication and follow\-ups

● Operate in sync with US EST hours, understand the customer, the culture, and the clock

Who We're Looking For

● 4 – 6 years of outbound / telesales experience (mandatory)

● You've dialed hundreds of cold calls and know how to handle rejection without flinching ● Comfortable working night shifts aligned to US EST

● Exceptional spoken English, clear, confident, and persuasive every single time

● Self\-driven and execution\-obsessed, you don't wait to be told what to do
