Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description

We are hiring closure\-focused BDEs who can take ownership of the full sales cycle—from

first conversation to final deal.

This role is not about volume outreach. It’s about understanding intent, positioning value,

handling objections, and closing with clarity.

*Key Responsibilities**

Handle the complete sales process from finding potential clients to closing deals
Reach out to prospects through different platforms and generate business

*opportunities**

Conduct discussions with clients to understand their business requirements and needs
Suggest suitable solutions based on client requirements instead of generic pitching
Handle client queries, objections, and basic negotiation discussions professionally
Maintain regular follow\-ups with prospects to move conversations forward
Build strong client relationships and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Track leads, conversations, and sales updates properly
Work on improving communication and conversion strategies based on client

*Interactions**

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and deal execution

*What We’re Looking For**

1–4 years of experience in B2B sales / closing roles
Proven ability to convert conversations into deals
Strong objection\-handling and negotiation skills
Ability to read between the lines in business conversations
Platform\-savvy (LinkedIn, Telegram, communities, outbound channels)
Comfortable leveraging AI tools for research and personalization
Diplomatic, composed, and persuasive communication style
High ownership mindset—focused on revenue, not activity
