We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in generating leads and acquiring projects through freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, and Guru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, submitting proposals, and converting leads into long\-term clients for digital marketing and web development services.
*Key Responsibilities**
Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, PPH, and Guru
Write customized and high\-converting proposals
Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
Negotiate pricing and close deals
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track leads
Build long\-term client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams (Digital Marketing) for project execution
*Requirements**
1–2 years of experience in business development on freelance platforms
Strong knowledge of bidding and proposal strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of digital marketing and web development services
Ability to work independently and meet targets
*Preferred Skills**
Experience in handling international clients
Knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking
Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, or web technologies
