We are a specialist executive search firm with 12\+ years of experience placing senior and leadership talent across BFSI, Technology, Consumer, and Consulting. We are looking for a sharp Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base by getting Crescendo in front of the right people — Heads of TA, CHROs, and senior HR decision\-makers.

*What You Will Do**

Track companies posting senior leadership roles on LinkedIn and identify the HR/TA decision\-maker behind each requirement
Reach out via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp with confident, well\-crafted messaging to initiate a conversation
Qualify prospects through a brief discovery conversation — understand their hiring need, timeline, and appetite for a search partnership
Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the Crescendo leadership team to close the engagement

*What We Are Looking For**

2–4 years in business development, client acquisition, or inside sales — ideally from a staffing firm, executive search company, or HR tech organisation
Comfortable engaging with senior HR professionals — you can hold a credible conversation with a CHRO or Head of TA
LinkedIn\-savvy — knows how to identify decision\-makers, craft outreach that gets replies, and build a network with intent
Strong qualifier — asks the right questions and can assess whether a prospect is worth pursuing

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
