• Prospect and cold\-call potential clients across sectors to generate new mandates for Crescendo Global
• Own and grow existing client accounts — expand contacts, uncover new hiring needs, and deepen relationships
• Use LinkedIn, databases, and smart research to identify and reach the right decision\-makers
• Pitch Crescendo's capabilities confidently to CHROs, CEOs, and Business Heads
• Convert outreach into meetings, meetings into retainers, and retainers into long\-term partnerships
• Track pipeline activity, update CRM, and report on revenue progress weekly
