• *Key Responsibilities**

• Promote and sell Alibaba.com Gold Supplier (GGS) memberships to exporters, manufacturers, and SMEs.
• Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and online research.
• Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits of Alibaba.com's platform to prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable membership plans.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and update lead records, follow\-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post\-sales support.
• Build long\-term client relationships to drive renewals and referrals.
• Submit daily activity reports and participate in sales review meetings.

• *Requirements**

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Direct Sales, or Business Development.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, and CRM tools.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
