  • *Role Summary**

We are looking for an energetic and target\-driven Business Development Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business and client objectives.
  • Identify market trends, growth opportunities, and new digital channels to drive business success.
  • Build scalable marketing frameworks and ensure consistent execution across all digital services.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving business targets and identifying new opportunities.
  • Develop new digital marketing services and expand existing client accounts.
  • Build strategic partnerships to strengthen the company's market presence.
  • Lead and mentor cross\-functional teams, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Define KPIs, monitor team performance, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Support department heads in achieving operational and business goals.

  • Conduct regular business reviews, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Streamline agency processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Monitor project profitability, resource utilization, and operational performance.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Implement automation and innovative solutions to improve productivity and campaign effectiveness.
  • Promote continuous improvement and encourage the adoption of industry best practices.

### **Requirements**

  • *Education:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • *Experience:** 4–6\+ years in Business Development with agency experience preferred.
