- *Role Summary**
We are looking for an energetic and target\-driven Business Development Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business and client objectives.
- Identify market trends, growth opportunities, and new digital channels to drive business success.
- Build scalable marketing frameworks and ensure consistent execution across all digital services.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving business targets and identifying new opportunities.
- Develop new digital marketing services and expand existing client accounts.
- Build strategic partnerships to strengthen the company's market presence.
- Lead and mentor cross\-functional teams, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
- Define KPIs, monitor team performance, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Support department heads in achieving operational and business goals.

### **Requirements**
- *Education:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- *Experience:** 4–6\+ years in Business Development with agency experience preferred.
