We are looking for a motivated and result\-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our agency's growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals for digital marketing and web development services.
The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in agency sales, client communication, lead generation, and proposal management. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow their career in sales while working with international clients and high\-value digital projects.***Key Responsibilities***

- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, Upwork, Freelancer, networking, and other channels.
- Identify potential business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
- Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and requirement\-gathering sessions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and service recommendations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with SEO, PPC, Web Development, and Project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Build long\-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross\-selling agency services.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
