We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Tamil Speaking) to join our growing team at A One Advisory. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships and helping expand our client base. • Reach out to potential and existing customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to promote our financial advisory services.
• Communicate confidently in Tamil and English to build strong relationships and trust with clients.
• Understand customer needs through effective questioning and close sales.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM software.
• Follow up on leads and coordinate with the field sales team for meetings.
• Maintain proper logs of calls, leads and follow\-ups.

### **Required Candidate Profile:**

• **1–3 years** of experience in **Inside Sales / Telesales / Telecalling**.
• Excellent communication skills in **English \& Tamil** (mandatory).
• Confident, target\-driven, and comfortable handling customer calls.
• Experience in **Finance / Banking / Insurance / Investment** industries preferred.
• Familiarity with **CRM tools, MS Excel, and call\-tracking systems**.
• Qualification: Graduate (Commerce / Business / Related field preferred).
