• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Organizational Sales Leadership:** Spearhead and execute the sales strategy for the entire organization to achieve company\-wide revenue targets.
• **Product Identification \& Analysis:** Continuously identify new product opportunities, analyze their market viability, and align them with customer needs.
• **Product Training:** Develop deep product knowledge and conduct comprehensive training sessions to equip the sales team for success.
• **Team Organization:** Structure, guide, and motivate the business development and telecalling teams to ensure daily output matches organizational goals.
• **Pipeline Management:** Oversee end\-to\-end sales operations, ensuring strict adherence to lead management standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• *Mandatory Experience:**

• Minimum 5 years of core experience in business development, sales leadership, in any industry.

• *Additional Requirements:**

• Demonstrated track record of driving company\-wide sales and scaling teams.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication, and direct closing skills.
• Succeed in a fast\-moving space and reach exciting new goals.
• Intermediate computer and AI knowledge.
• Ability to handle multiple languages.
