The Business Development Manager – Marketing will be responsible for driving business growth through offline channels, including strategic partnerships, field networking, events, and direct client acquisition. The role focuses on lead generation, conversion, and relationship management within the target market, ensuring consistent revenue growth and enhanced brand visibility.
o Identify and generate qualified leads through offline channels such as corporate visits, networking events, industry associations, references, and cold outreach
o Map target market segments and develop territory\-wise outreach strategies
o Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and growth areas
o Support execution of offline marketing campaigns, events, and brand activations
o Coordinate with the marketing team for development of collateral (brochures, flyers, standees, etc.)
o Assist in PR initiatives including local events and brand visibility efforts
o Share on\-ground market insights to improve campaign effectiveness
o Drive the end\-to\-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities including partnerships, sponsorships, and client acquisitions o Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients
o Negotiate commercials and close deals within defined timelines
o Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
o Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders o Act as a single point of contact for key accounts
o Ensure high client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross\-selling
o Develop strategic alliances with corporates, consultants, and channel partners
o Manage collaborations, sponsorships, and co\-branding initiatives
o Maintain and track leads, meetings, and conversions in CRM systems
o Analyze key metrics (conversion, cost, revenue) and share regular insights with management
