We are looking for a dynamic and results\-driven **Business Development Manager (BDM)** to expand our network of holiday homes, resorts, and hotels across Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, onboarding property partners, and driving revenue growth through effective relationship management and sales initiatives.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality, business development, and travel.
- Identify, approach, and onboard holiday homes, resorts, and hotel partners across Kerala.
- Conduct market research to discover potential property partners and business opportunities.
- Engage with property owners through calls, meetings, networking, and field visits.
- Assess properties and evaluate their suitability for onboarding.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close partnership agreements.
- Manage the end\-to\-end onboarding process for new properties.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize pricing, inventory, and booking performance.
- Respond to customer inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with property owners and stakeholders.
- Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Postgraduate qualification in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in business development, sales, hospitality, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in hospitality and business development are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Kerala.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi and/or Tamil will be an added advantage.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Understanding of hotel, resort, or vacation rental operations.
- Experience in sales, property acquisition, account management, or hospitality partnerships.
- Strong networking and relationship\-building abilities.
