Customer Experience Associate

• *Qualifications:**

• 0–1 year of experience in customer care or customer support
• Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Postgraduate qualification
• Strong critical thinking, problem\-solving, and decision\-making abilities
• Ability to work with speed, flexibility, and adaptability
• Good active listening and communication skills while handling customer interactions

• *Responsibilities:**

• Maintain a professional and positive attitude with strong interpersonal and phone communication skills
• Communicate effectively with customers through verbal and written interactions in a calm and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information, support, and solutions related to bookings and customer queries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem\-solving skills
• Connect with customers regularly based on daily check\-in and check\-out schedules
• Collect and document customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and enhance customer experience
• Encourage satisfied customers to post Google reviews by sharing the review link
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates
• Coordinate with cross\-functional teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Support initiatives focused on improving the customer journey and minimizing service issues
• Deliver quality customer service and recommend operational improvements when required
• Develop a strong understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively
• Build customer loyalty through proactive follow\-ups and personalized interactions

Location: Kochi / Calicut

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
