Job Title: Business development Manager

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Key Accounts Manager to oversee business
operations, vendor management, and ensure smooth coordination with our B2B partners. The role
requires strong operational expertise, data management skills, and the ability to drive
cross\-functional alignment for seamless execution.
1\. Business Operations \& Vendor Management Maintain strong relationships with B2B
partners through regular follow\-ups on ongoing operations. Coordinate recovery of overdue
or idle vehicles. Monitor deployments and ensure vehicle quality standards are consistently
met.
2\. Monthly Audits Conduct structured monthly audits of all B2B vendors. Ensure adherence to
SLAs and operational SOPs across all accounts.
3\. IoT Vehicle Tracking Oversee updates and tracking for IoT\-enabled vehicles. Manage
inbound and outbound vehicle movements efficiently using IoT systems.
4\. Data Management \& Reporting Maintain accurate records for deployments, returns, and
recoveries. Generate actionable insights from data to support decision\-making. Prepare
periodic reports for management and stakeholders.
5\. 3PL Ground Coordination Support ground\-level operations in collaboration with 3PL
partners. Streamline logistics and vehicle movement through effective coordination.
6\. Cross\-Functional Alignment Collaborate with ground teams, service teams, and vendors to
ensure compliance with SOPs. Act as the bridge between internal teams and external
stakeholders for smooth operations.
7\. Ad\-Hoc Operational Support Assist in handling on\-ground and off\-ground tasks, including:
Documentation and compliance requirements Field visits for operational checks Data
insights and analysis Immediate operational requirements as needed
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
● 1–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Operations, or Vendor
Management.
● Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
● Experience in IoT\-enabled fleet/vehicle management is an added advantage.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Problem\-solving mindset
with attention to detail and ownership of outcomes.
