Business Development Manager - Private Labeling

The Business Development will be responsible for driving business growth in the **Private Labeling segment** by acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and expanding market presence. The role requires strong B2B sales experience, especially in cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, or contract manufacturing.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in private labeling and contract manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand owners, distributors, exporters, and startup clients.
• Handle end\-to\-end sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, product discussions, costing coordination, to deal closure.
• Coordinate with R\&D, Production, and Purchase teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities.
• Ensure timely follow\-up on inquiries and maintain strong client servicing standards.

• *Qualifications \& Experience**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1\-8 years of B2B sales experience
• Experience in cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, or third\-party manufacturing preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently handle clients and close deals.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Goregaon, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
