VsnapU, a leading player in the photography industry, is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Raipur. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for converting leads, generating revenue, managing a team, and evaluating performance. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
\-Take charge of converting leads into customers by effectively promoting our photography services and products.
\-Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue generation of the company \-Lead and manage a team of sales executives.
\-Regularly evaluate the performance of team members, set performance goals, and provide constructive feedback.
\-Oversee day\-to\-day operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
\-Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the floor, optimizing resources and maintaining high\-quality standards.
\-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
\-Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
\-Experience in providing performance feedback, coaching, and mentoring team members.
\-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\-Ability to build rapport with customers and team members, fostering a positive work environment.
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
