HR Executive (Raipur)

• *About the Role:**

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented HR Executive to manage day\-to\-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good interpersonal abilities, and experience handling employee\-related processes efficiently.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities:**

• Handling end\-to\-end recruitment for technical and non\-technical roles.
• Screening resumes and coordinating interviews with candidates.
• Managing onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintaining attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
• Assisting in payroll coordination and HR operations.
• Conducting employee engagement activities and maintaining workplace discipline.
• Handling employee grievances and maintaining healthy employee relations.
• Coordinating with different departments for manpower requirements.
• Drafting HR letters, warning letters, offer letters, and other HR\-related documents.
• Ensuring employees follow company policies and grooming standards.
• Supporting performance evaluation and appraisal processes.
• Managing HR reports and maintaining confidentiality of employee information.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR recruitment or HR operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of payroll, attendance, and HR processes.
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR tools/software is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
