Business Head

We are looking for a result\-oriented Business Head with experience in the financial services industry to lead branch operations, drive business growth and manage sales teams.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead and manage sales teams to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
• Drive new client acquisition, business development and market expansion.
• Manage branch operations, business performance and P\&L.
• Develop business through Mutual Funds, Equity Broking, Demat Accounts, Insurance and Wealth Management products.
• Build and maintain relationships with HNI, UHNI and retail clients.
• Drive SIP mobilisation, AUM growth, cross\-selling and product distribution.
• Develop new business channels and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Identify market opportunities and implement strategies to improve business performance.
• Monitor team productivity, sales performance and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI and other applicable regulatory guidelines.

• *Required Skills \& Experience:**

• Experience in Stock Broking, Banking, Wealth Management, Mutual Funds or Financial Services.
• Strong experience in sales, business development and client acquisition.
• Proven team management and leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of Equity, Mutual Funds, SIP, Demat, Trading and Insurance products.
• Experience in managing branch operations and business targets.
• Strong client relationship and revenue generation skills.
• NISM / AMFI certification will be preferred.

Candidates currently working as Branch Head, Branch Manager, Area Sales Manager, Cluster Manager or Business Development Manager in financial services organisations are encouraged to apply.
