Role Overview
The Business Operations Manager will work closely with the Founder to oversee daily operations, coordinate business activities, and ensure effective execution across sales, customer success, marketing, product development, and administration.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to get things done in a fast\-paced startup environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Operations
- Manage and coordinate day\-to\-day business activities.
- Establish and improve operational processes and workflows.
- Monitor execution of key business initiatives.
- Ensure alignment across different business functions.
Project Management \& Execution
- Track priorities, projects, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and vendors.
- Follow up on pending actions and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain project plans, reports, and progress dashboards.
Sales \& Customer Success
- Monitor lead management and follow\-up activities.
- Support sales process execution and reporting.
- Coordinate student onboarding and customer support activities.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience across programs and services.
Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate content creation, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Work with marketing partners and freelancers.
- Track campaign progress and performance metrics.
Product \& Technology Coordination
- Coordinate with developers and product teams.
- Track feature development, testing, and deployment schedules.
- Gather feedback from users and communicate requirements.
- Support implementation of product improvements.
Administration \& Vendor Management
- Coordinate business administration activities.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Organize meetings, reviews, and operational reporting.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes when required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely completion of business initiatives.
- Project execution against planned timelines.
- Lead response and follow\-up effectiveness.
- Customer onboarding and satisfaction levels.
- Operational efficiency improvements.
- Achievement of monthly business goals and milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in operations, business management, project coordination, or startup environments.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Strong problem\-solving and execution mindset.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, project management tools, and business reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an EdTech, SaaS, or startup environment.
- Experience managing cross\-functional projects.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing, and customer operations.
- Experience coordinating remote teams and freelancers.

Pay: ₹360,000\.00 \- ₹480,000\.00 per year
