We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst – SDWAN to join our team for an exciting contract engagement.

Position Details

Role: Business Process Analyst – SDWAN

Duration: 6 Months (Initially)

✅ Experience Required: 10–15 Years

✅ Location: Bangalore or Gurgaon

✅ Mode of Work: Hybrid

Required Skills \& Experience

✅ 10–15 years of experience as a Business Analyst and Process Analyst

✅ Hands\-on experience in SDWAN

✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✅ Ability to understand technology and assess its impact on business processes

✅ Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements

✅ Experience in defining and documenting "To\-Be" processes

✅ Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

✅ Experience working as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in transformation and technology projects

✅ Proven experience as a Process Analyst / Business Analyst within IT and Telecom domains

Key Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements

Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to define future\-state processes

Analyze the impact of SDWAN technologies on existing business operations

Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders

Create process documentation, gap analyses, and business process models

Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams

Support project delivery by ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
