1 End\-to\-End Implementation Project

1 Support Project

✅ Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Certification

✅ Strong knowledge of

Business Rules

Workflows

Foundation Objects

Employee Data Management

✅ Good understanding of other SAP SuccessFactors modules

✅ Time Management experience is an added advantage

✅ Ability to review and support EC\-related technical documents and solution designs

✅ Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

✅ Ability to independently lead and drive the Employee Central workstream

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and enhancements

Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable EC solutions

Configure and maintain Employee Central functionalities, business rules, and workflows

Review technical design documents and ensure alignment with business requirements

Collaborate with HR teams, business users, and technical stakeholders

Support production issues, enhancements, and change requests

Ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards

Provide functional leadership throughout project delivery

Drive stakeholder discussions and support successful project execution
