Hiring: SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Management Specialist (Time Off \& Timesheet)

Position Details

☑ Role: SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Management Specialist (Time Off \& Timesheet)

☑ Duration: 4 Months (initially)

☑ Experience Required: 10\+ Years

☑ Location: Bangalore / Gurgaon

☑ Work Mode: Hybrid

Required Skills \& Experience

☑ Strong functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)

☑ Extensive experience in Time Management (Time Off \& Timesheet / T\&A)

☑ Hands\-on implementation and support experience

☑ Minimum 1 End\-to\-End Implementation Project

☑ Minimum 1 Support Project

☑ Mandatory certification in

☑ SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off

☑ SAP SuccessFactors Time Management

☑ Strong understanding of other SuccessFactors modules

☑ Good knowledge of Business Rules and Workflow Configurations

☑ Experience working with global Time Off policies and country\-specific leave regulations

☑ Ability to review and support Time \& Attendance (T\&A) technical design documents

☑ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

☑ Ability to independently lead and drive the EC Time Management workstream

Key Responsibilities

☑ Lead and support SuccessFactors EC Time Management implementations and enhancements

☑ Configure and maintain Time Off and Timesheet functionalities

☑ Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions

☑ Review technical documents and ensure alignment with business requirements

☑ Collaborate with business users, HR teams, and technical stakeholders

☑ Support production issues, enhancements, and change requests

☑ Ensure compliance with country\-specific leave and attendance policies

☑ Provide guidance and best practices for EC Time Management processes

☑ Drive stakeholder discussions and project deliverables
