Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer\-oriented Call Center Executives who can communicate fluently in **Telugu, Hindi, and English**. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist patients, explain services, schedule appointments, and follow up with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer/patient calls.
• Explain clinic services, treatments, and appointment procedures.
• Follow up with patients and generate leads through outbound calls.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinic teams.
• Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the CRM.
• Address customer queries professionally and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly call targets.

Required Skills

• Fluency in **Telugu, Hindi, and English** is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Customer handling and problem\-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with targets and follow\-up schedules.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification

• Any Graduate / Intermediate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
