Job Description – Centre Sales Manager
- *Location:** Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 12:00 Noon to 9:00 PM *(Shift will rotate every month)*
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Centre Sales Manager to oversee the overall operations, patient experience, team management, and business growth of a healthcare centre. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, operational expertise, and experience in sales and BTL marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities1\. Centre Operations Management
- Manage day\-to\-day centre operations to ensure smooth functioning and excellent service delivery.
- Monitor operational performance, patient satisfaction, and revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare standards.
- Maintain efficient and cost\-effective centre operations.
2\. Team Leadership
- Lead and manage physiotherapists, front desk executives, and support staff.
- Conduct regular team training and performance reviews.
- Build a positive and productive work environment.
3\. Patient Experience \& Care Coordination
- Ensure high\-quality patient service and smooth treatment coordination.
- Handle patient queries and concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to improve patient outcomes and service quality.
4\. Sales \& Business Development
- Drive patient acquisition and retention strategies.
- Plan and execute BTL marketing activities such as health camps, corporate tie\-ups, workshops, and local outreach programs.
- Build strong referral networks with doctors, hospitals, gyms, and local businesses.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets for the centre.
5\. Quality \& Reporting
- Monitor service quality and implement improvement initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports related to operations, sales performance, patient feedback, and team productivity.
- Maintain proper documentation and operational records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or wellness centre management.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or sales\-focused role.
- Strong understanding of patient handling and operational management.
- Experience in BTL marketing and business development activities preferred.
