Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Medical Representative to promote our Clinic Management Software (CMS) and Hospital Management Software (HMS) to doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with healthcare providers, conduct product presentations, generate leads, and support business growth through effective field marketing and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare organizations regularly.
- Promote and explain the benefits of Clinic Management Software (CMS) and Hospital Management Software (HMS).
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers in assigned territories.
- Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic owners, hospital administrators, and decision\-makers.
- Follow up with prospects and assist in converting leads into customers.
- Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English preferred.
- Ability to build professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self\-motivated and target\-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Two\-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
