As we continue to expand our presence across India, we are looking for passionate sales professionals to strengthen our channel sales network in the NCR region.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and manage channel partners, distributors, wholesalers, and retail networks across Gurugram, Delhi, and Noida.
• Drive secondary and primary sales to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach and product availability.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, pet stores, veterinary clinics, and grooming centres.
• Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
• Conduct regular market visits to track competition, pricing, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to drive product adoption.
• Prepare sales reports, market intelligence reports, and territory performance updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

• *Desired Candidate Profile**

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–4 years of experience in FMCG Channel Sales.
• Strong experience in handling distributors, dealers, and retail channels.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable with extensive local travel across NCR.
• Candidates from FMCG, Personal Care, Consumer Goods, Food \& Beverage, or related sectors will be preferred.
• Experience in pet care, pet products, or veterinary channels will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹400,000\.00 per year
