• *Responsibilities**

• Ensured timely computation, payment, and filing of statutory returns under Income Tax, TDS, Professional Tax, and GST.
• Prepared and filed annual GST returns including GSTR\-9 and GSTR\-9C, and conducted monthly and annual ITC reconciliation.
• Monitored preparation of MIS reports, financial statements, projected financials, and age\-wise accounts payables/receivables.
• Managed payroll processing including attendance, leaves, salary computations, fixed/variable components, and related statutory filings.
• Supervised and finalized export documentation for MEIS, RODTEP, and EPCG licenses in line with DGFT regulations.
• Appeared for tax scrutiny cases and drafted formal replies/submissions for Income Tax, TDS, GST, and other statutory authorities.
• Led internal audit initiatives to identify process inefficiencies and implemented system improvements that reduced operational costs.
• Compiled and submitted consolidated financial statements for statutory and regulatory audits.
• Adept in handling software tools including **Tally** and **Microsoft Excel** for accounting, reconciliations, and data analysis.
• A collaborative team player with strong leadership capabilities to manage and guide accounting teams effectively.

• AP/AR ageing reports: 8 years (Preferred)
• MEIS / RODTEP / EPCG exposure: 2 years (Preferred)
• Chartered Accountant : 10 years (Required)
• Export Documentation: 5 years (Required)
