E-Commerce Executive

\*Job Title: E\-commerce Manager\*

Key Responsibilities

\* Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and other e\-commerce platforms.

\* Upload and update product details, pricing, descriptions, and images.

\* Process customer orders, returns, and refunds.

\* Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team.

\* Coordinate with logistics partners for timely order dispatch.

\* Plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketplace offers.

\* Track sales performance and prepare reports.

\* Handle customer queries and maintain marketplace compliance.

Required Skills

\* Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and other e\-commerce seller portals.

\* Knowledge of product listing, catalog management, and order processing.

\* Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

\* Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

\* Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a work\-from\-home setup.

Qualification

\* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

\* 1–3 years of experience in E\-commerce Operations or Marketplace Management.
