*Key Responsibilities**
Monitor and respond to customer chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
Review and monitor daily transactions for accuracy and compliance.
Escalate suspicious or unusual transactions to the supervisor.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and operational activities.
Assist customers with basic account, payment, and transaction\-related queries.
Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Report operational issues and system concerns to the relevant team.
Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
*Requirements**
Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Ability to work in Day, Evening, or Night shifts.
