Job Description
- Manage and nurture relationships with key client accounts, acting as their strategic partner and day\-to\-day point of contact
- Lead client briefings, presentations, and review meetings with confidence and clarity
- Translate client briefs into actionable creative and campaign briefs for internal teams
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare insightful reports and post\-campaign analyses for clients
- Coordinate across internal departments to align on timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
- Handle escalations, resolve conflicts, and manage client expectations diplomatically
- Mentor junior account executives and support team development
2\-3 years of experience in client servicing or account management
Qualification : MBA/Any DegreeExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously under tight deadlinesExperience working with brand guidelines and creative review processesA proactive, solution\-oriented mindset with sharp attention to detailPay: ₹216,000\.00 \- ₹360,000\.00 per year
