Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements, business objectives, and campaign expectations.
  • Coordinate with creative, production, media, strategy, and digital teams for timely execution of projects.
  • Ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of campaigns and deliverables.
  • Prepare campaign briefs, presentations, proposals, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, status calls, and follow\-ups.
  • Handle day\-to\-day client communication and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and approvals.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and upselling services.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated with advertising, marketing, and digital trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in client servicing/account management in an advertising or media agency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of advertising campaigns, branding, digital marketing, and production processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
