Key qualifications include a deep knowledge of hardware and software lifecycle management, hands-on experience with compliance tracking and vendor audits, and proficiency in configuring and managing ITAM tools, including integration with UCMDB. The role requires the ability to monitor and report on software license compliance, manage contracts and warranties, and familiarity with auto-discovery systems that integrate with Active Directory and Network Management Systems. Basic scripting or querying skills are essential for reporting and automation tasks. In this position, you will be responsible for configuring and administering ITSM tools to ensure asset database accuracy, overseeing the entire asset lifecycle from onboarding to retirement, reconciling physical inventory with recorded records, and designing efficient asset workflows.
