Clinical Medicine AI Project \- Outsourcing Requirement
We are looking for experienced medical coding and clinical review teams for an Al healthcare project focused on improving clinical reasoning, diagnosis support, and medical data accuracy.
Teams will support Al training and validation tasks involving clinical documentation, diagnosis interpretation, and medical terminology mapping.
Scope of Work
\- Reviewing Al\-generated clinical summaries
\- Validating patient history and discharge summaries
\- Annotating symptoms, diagnoses, and clinical cases
\- ICD\-10/SNOMED CT mapping and validation
\- Reviewing diagnostic suggestions and treatment

\- Medical terminology verification
\- Clinical documentation quality review
\- HCC Coding
\- Risk Adjustment Coding
\- Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI)
\- Medical Auditing
\- Medical Transcription with clinical understanding
\- Clinical validation projects
\- AI annotation/healthcare data annotation
Certified medical coders (CPC/CRC/CCS/CIC)
\- Nurses, pharmacists, or life science graduatesCandidates with hospital or clinical exposure
\- Strong ICD\-10 knowledge
\- Familiarity with SNOMED CT, medical terminology, anatomy, and disease processes
\- Good analytical and documentation review skills
\- Strong attention to detail
\- Ability to follow clinical guidelines
\- Understanding of patient data privacy and confidentiality

\- As a Clinical Medicine Al Specialist, you will directly improve the accuracy and safety of Al in clinical reasoning, and patient\-facing health information. Your professional judgment will teach Al to understand the nuances of medical language, evidence hierarchies, and real\-world clinical workflows.
\- Reviewing Al\-Generated Clinical Summaries: Evaluating Al's interpretation of patient histories, imaging reports, and multi\-disciplinary case discussions
\- Labeling Clinical Cases \& Symptoms: Annotating de\-identified case vignettes and differential diagnoses aligned with current clinical guidelines.
\- Evaluating Al\-Powered Diagnostic \& Triage Suggestions: Assessing diagnostic recommendations and triage outputs, and providing expert.Who We're Looking For
\- A medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent), or an advanced degree (MSc /PhD) in a clinical or biomedical field. Board certification or specialist qualification is highly desirable.
\- recognized specialty (e.g., internal medicine, radiology, oncology, cardiology, pathology) is a major plus.
\-A deep understanding of clinical guidelines, medical terminology (ICD\-10/11, SNOMED CT, LOINC), and evidence\-based medicine.
