##### **Job Description :****Role Overview****Ecorgy Solutions is seeking motivated and detail\-oriented Clinical Quality Analysts to join our growing healthcare operations team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the US healthcare industry while contributing to quality improvement, compliance, and clinical excellence initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with clinical teams, analyze quality metrics, conduct audits, and support continuous improvement efforts that enhance healthcare service delivery.****Key Responsibilities*** **Evaluate clinical procedures and documentation to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to industry standards.**
- **Conduct compliance audits and quality assessments, providing feedback for continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.**
- **Collaborate with clinical teams to promote best practices and foster a culture of clinical excellence.**
- **Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical quality data and performance metrics.**
- **Prepare for and participate in client audits, including routine mock audits.**
- **Develop reports, presentations, and recommendations based on quality findings.**
- **Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and compliance programs.**
- **Stay current with healthcare regulations, clinical guidelines, and industry best practices.**
- **Communicate quality\-related observations, concerns, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.**
- **Participate in training and professional development activities focused on healthcare quality and compliance.**
- *Qualifications*** **BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BSMS, Pharm D, BSMS, BUMS, BNYS.**
- **1–8 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.**
- **Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical processes.**
- **Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).**
- **Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.**
- **Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail.**
- **Willingness to work US Shift (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM) from our office location at Elippode, Thiruvananthapuram.**
