Job Description
- *Key Responsibilities\-**
Manage and lead a team of 25–30 Collection Executives.
\- Monitor daily team performance and ensure collection targets are achieved.
\- Guide, coach, and motivate team members.
\- Handle escalated customer cases.
\- Track collection metrics and prepare reports.
\- Ensure compliance with company policies.
\- Conduct team briefings and reviews.
\- Coordinate with management to improve strategies.
- *Eligibility Criteria**
\- Minimum 1 year experience as Team Leader in Collections/BPO/Voice Process.
\- Experience handling 15–20 employees is mandatory.
\- Fluent Hindi required.
\- Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada is a plus.
\- Immediate joiners preferred.

\- Problem\-solving and decision making.
\- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
