We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for a Voice process role involving voice calls. The candidate will handle customer queries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Follow SOPs, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
  • Achieve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
  • *Required Skills:**
  • Excellent communication in **English/ Hindi** (average English will not be considered)
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Support is Mandatory ( NBFC , Banking , Fintech, Insurance.)
  • Customer handling and problem\-solving skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM tools
  • *Salary based on previous experience and previous salary**

Pay: ₹350,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
