Inside Sales Representative

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer\-focused Sales Specialist \- Lending to support the distribution of supply chain finance loans to distributors . You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales and onboarding journey just by guiding them from loan inquiry to activation.

Key Responsibilities

\* Generate leads and connect with customers through outbound calls.

\* Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

\* Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.

\* Coordinate with the credit, operations, and underwriting teams for timely approvals.

\* Follow up with customers until loan disbursement and provide post\-sales support.

\* Maintain accurate records in CRM and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.

\* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills

\* Strong communication and convincing skills.

\* Experience in Personal Loan, Banking, NBFC, or Fintech sales.

\* Customer\-focused with good negotiation and follow\-up skills.

\* Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast\-paced environment.

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹450,000\.00 per year
