Compliance Officer (RCM Industry)

We are seeking an experienced **Compliance Officer** with a strong background in **US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)** and expertise in **HIPAA, ISO Standards, SOC 1, SOC 2, and HITRUST Compliance Frameworks**.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Ensure organizational compliance with **HIPAA Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rules**.
• Lead and support audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews across the organization.
• Maintain and oversee compliance with **ISO certifications**, including documentation, controls, and audit readiness.
• Manage compliance initiatives related to **SOC 1, SOC 2, and HITRUST** frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Develop, update, and maintain policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Conduct regular compliance training and awareness programs for employees.
• Monitor regulatory changes in the healthcare and data security landscape and ensure timely implementation.
• Work closely with IT, Operations, HR, and Leadership teams to strengthen governance and risk management practices.
• Investigate compliance incidents, security concerns, and policy violations, ensuring timely resolution.
• Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.
• Support client audits, due diligence activities, and certification renewals.
• Ensure data privacy, information security, and confidentiality standards are maintained across the organization.

• *Required Qualifications \& Skills:**

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Compliance, Information Security, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• **4\+ years of experience** in Compliance, Risk Management, Information Security, or US Healthcare RCM.
• Strong knowledge of **HIPAA, HITECH, ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2, and HITRUST** standards.
• Experience managing internal and external audits.
• Excellent knowledge of healthcare regulations, risk assessments, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as **CHC, CHPC, CISA, CISM, ISO Lead Auditor, or HITRUST certifications** will be an added advantage.
