Operation Director - RCM Industry

• *Key Roles \& Responsibilities**

• *Operational Leadership**

• Lead end\-to\-end US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations, including AR, Denials, Charges, Payment Posting, Eligibility, and Medical Billing.
• Drive operational strategies to achieve business objectives, revenue targets, and client expectations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, quality, and financial performance across accounts.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, client deliverables, and compliance requirements.

• *Client Management**

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
• Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights on operational performance, process improvements, and revenue enhancement opportunities.
• Manage client escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution.

• *People Leadership**

• Lead, mentor, and develop Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and Process Managers.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.

• *Process Improvement \& Quality**

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across RCM operations.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, payer guidelines, and industry standards.
• Drive quality programs to enhance accuracy, productivity, and client satisfaction.

• *Financial \& Strategic Management**

• Manage operational budgets, resource planning, and workforce utilization.
• Analyze operational and financial reports to drive profitability and business growth.
• Support business expansion initiatives, new client transitions, and process migrations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans and achieve organizational goals.

• *Required Qualifications**

• 12\+ years of experience in **US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)**.
• Proven experience in leading large\-scale operations and managing multiple accounts.
• Strong expertise in AR, Denials Management, Medical Billing, and Healthcare Operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, operational metrics, and process excellence frameworks.
