Construction Senior Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• **Project Execution \& Planning:** Review and approve technical drawings, blueprints, schedules, and project budgets.
• **Site \& Technical Leadership:** Serve as the main decision\-making point of contact for site engineers, setting\-out teams, and subcontractors.
• **Quality \& Compliance (QA/QC):** Oversee inspection test plans (ITPs), verify materials (such as rebar and concrete specs), and ensure adherence to local building codes and safety regulations.
• **Stakeholder Coordination:** Liaise with architects, general contractors, clients, and municipal authorities.
• **Problem Solving \& Cost Control:** Monitor progress, perform value engineering, handle field design changes, and mitigate construction obstacles.
• **Mentorship:** Guide and supervise junior and site engineers.

Qualifications \& Requirements

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical depending on the sub\-specialty).
• **License/Certifications:** Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent statutory certification preferred.
• **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in CAD, BIM coordination tools (such as Revit or Navisworks), and project management software (such as MS Project, Primavera, or Procore).
• **Soft Skills:** Strong analytical thinking, leadership, contract administration, and communication abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
