• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and technically skilled **Costing \& Design Engineer** with 2–3 years of experience in the electrical panel industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, designing electrical panels, analyzing project requirements, and supporting the sales and production teams with technical and commercial inputs.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Costing \& Estimation**

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and techno\-commercial offers for electrical panels.
• Analyze customer specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
• Calculate material, labor, and manufacturing costs.
• Coordinate with vendors for component pricing and quotations.
• Optimize costs while maintaining quality and technical requirements.

• *Design Engineering**

• Prepare GA drawings, schematic diagrams, and panel layouts.
• Design LT panels, PCC, MCC, APFC, VFD, PLC, and control panels as per project requirements.
• Select suitable electrical components and prepare BOM (Bill of Materials).
• Ensure designs comply with applicable standards and customer specifications.
• Support production and quality teams during manufacturing and testing.

• *Documentation \& Coordination**

• Prepare technical submittals and project documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, production, and project teams.
• Assist in resolving technical queries from customers and internal departments.
• Maintain design and costing records for future reference.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in costing and design of electrical panels.
• Strong knowledge of LT panel design and electrical distribution systems.
• Familiarity with electrical components from major manufacturers.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

• *Technical Skills**

• Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and electrical drafting.
• Experience in preparing **BOMs, costing sheets, and quotations**.
• Good understanding of electrical standards and panel manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of **MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems** is preferred.

• *Desired Skills**

• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in costing.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• *Salary Range**\- 27,000 to 30,000 per month
