• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day\-to\-day HR operations including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR documentation. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling employee\-related matters.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and hiring processes
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews
• Coordinate onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
• Support employee engagement activities and company events
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Address employee queries and provide HR support
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of MS Office and HR software/tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)
